Hi, I’m Tim Botha - Pretoria local, property professional, and founder of Pringle Properties.

My journey started in IT, where I launched my first business at just 19. After a life-changing season that included losing my dad and a reflective sabbatical in Jeffreys Bay, I made the switch into real estate in 2016. Since then, I’ve built my career with heart and hustle – completing my NQF4 and NQF5 qualifications, and in 2024, leaping to start my own firm, Pringle Properties, where I now serve as Principal and Broker Owner.

Today, I help families and investors find the right property opportunities right here in Pretoria and the surrounding areas, always guided by honesty, faith, and a genuine desire to serve.
