Hi, I’m Tim Botha - a Pretoria local, property professional, founder of Pringle Properties, and VF Plus candidate for Ward 4 in Akasia.

My journey started in IT, where I launched my first business at just 19. After a life-changing season that included losing my dad and a reflective sabbatical in Jeffreys Bay, I made the switch into real estate in 2016. Since then, I’ve built my career with heart and hustle — completing my NQF4 and NQF5, and in 2024 starting my own firm, Pringle Properties, where I serve as Principal and Broker Owner.

Today I still help families and investors find the right property here in Pretoria. At the same time, I’m standing for Ward 4 in Akasia because the same things that matter in a home matter in a suburb: working services, safer streets, infrastructure that lasts, and people who actually show up.
